If you are wondering why you are receiving strange emails, you've come to the right place!
Upfront is an innovative coaching and communication system for modern teams. Chances are you have received an email from Upfront because your company is using our system. As a team member, you can expect to receive the following types of emails from Upfront:
These emails arrive after your manager has done a check-in or recap with you in the system. If you have questions about Upfront or need to update your contact information, please reach out to your manager for assistance.
As a manager, there are a few emails from Upfront that you will receive automatically:
Follow Up Dates
Managers have the ability to receive email summaries of check-ins or recaps, but these emails are turned off by default.
To change the delivery of emails
In the top right corner of your screen, click your profile menu.
Select "Email Settings" from the drop down menu.
Set the toggle to the "on" or "off" position to change the delivery of any manager emails.
